Yellow Consulting offers HR and other consulting services so that our clients can focus on running their own business. We are available for general HR advice on all day-to-day people matters.
HOW WE CHARGE
Our services are designed for businesses that need additional support, but don’t need someone fulltime. Services are completely customized so that you receive support that addresses the areas and initiatives that will bring the greatest return on investment. We tailor our support and pricing to suit you!
By having us focus on managing your HR or H&S needs, you will have more time to focus on your many other responsibilities as well as the flexibility to change direction quickly as HR issues arise.
We’re very flexible with our charging, most clients benefit from our pay as you use service, which simply means that you only get charged when you use our services and no monthly charges. We also accommodate retainers for more structured billing if it's required.
Fixed Fee Projects
Where we can accurately assess the scope of a piece of work, we are happy to work on a fixed fee for the whole project.
Work suitable for fixed fees includes employment contracts and handbooks, policy & procedure development etc.
For small businesses that require ongoing support and would prefer the ability to evenly budget throughout the year, we can provide individualised levels of service invoiced via a fixed, and agreed, monthly retainer.
The scale of that retainer will depend on many factors around your business, and we are happy to discuss that with you in detail.
We work by the hour when the hours are few in number or difficult to estimate.
Additionally, if neither of the previous options are suitable, or if your preference is to be charged based on actual time, then we will work on an hourly rate basis which will be agreed with you before we begin work.
